2005년 콜맨 글로발 그룹 (www.cormanglobal.com) 회사를 창설하고 운영하고 있다.   미국회사의 한국 및 미주 한인시장 관련업무와 한국 업체들의 미국진출을 도와주는 업무를 컨설팅과 지사역활을 대행하는 회사이다.  콜맨은, "Corea Man" 말에서 따온 한국인 이라는 뜻을 가진 합성어로 자체적으로 만든 회사명이다.  Gwinnett Chamber of  Commerce (귀넷상공회의소), Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (메트로 애틀랜타 상공회의소)의 컨설턴트로 활동 하였다. 콜맨은 법률, 경제, 정치등 각분야의 전문인들이 고문으로 (John Oxendine, Pedro Marin, Michael Tabb, Kristin Kim, David Quinn) 활동을 하여 다방면으로 넥트웍과 업무진행력을 가지고 있다.

 

귀넷 상공회의소에 최초 글로벌 컨설턴트로 임명되어 지역경제개발 5개년 계획 인 "파트너쉽 귀넷" (Partnership Gwinnett)에 65,000개의 새로운 직장과 $5,800,000,000 수입 창출이 되도록, 지역 내의 다국적 업체와 국제적인 업체연결의 효과적인 마케팅전략에 참여하였다.  UPS, Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Georgia Power, Georgia Natural Gas, US Foods, Mestizo, CerarMist 등 미국기업들과 업무교류를 하였다.  한국 무역협회, 포스코 ICT 미국시장 컨설팅과 중소기업 고객으로 Envitem - Sofcle, 부산에 본사를 두고있는 복오리, 메디치헬스케어, 그리고 파주에 있는 복향기 업체의 미국지사를설립하는 컨설팅을 하였다.
